BALTIMORE, MD (March 26, 2010) – City Council President Bernard C. “Jack” Young is inviting the citizens of Baltimore to the FY2011 Board of Estimates’ Taxpayers’ Night. Taxpayers’ Night is an opportunity for members of the public to share their thoughts regarding city spending, budget priorities and other matters of fiscal concern.
