AFSMCE Maryland Council 67 Mourns the Loss of Former President

AFSCME Council 67 mourns the loss of our brother Raymond Clarke; former Assistant Director of Maryland state-wide council and Local 44 and executive board member of the Metropolitan Baltimore Council AFL-CIO. We are deeply saddened by the passing of our leader and friend; our condolences go out to the family and friends of Brother Raymond H. Clarke.
